Before running the belt assembly line, it is necessary to confirm that the equipment, conveyed items, and operators are all in a safe state, whether the electrical and electrical control lines are normal, whether there are debris in each moving part, whether there is noise in the motor operation, and the voltage should not exceed the rated voltage plus or minus 5 % before the operation can be performed.

The start-up of the belt line should follow the steps below:

First: Turn on the main switch, and the power indicator light is on before proceeding to the next step

Second: Turn on each circuit switch and check whether the circuit is normal. Generally, the equipment does not move, the belt assembly line running indicator is not on, the inverter power indicator is on, the display panel is normal, and no error code or fault code appears.

Third: Start the electrical equipment in turn according to the process formulated by the process. When the previous electrical equipment is running normally, the next electrical equipment can be started.

Fourth: During the operation of the assembly line, it is necessary to strictly follow the regulations in the design of the conveyed items and the conveying capacity of the equipment. The moving parts of the assembly line should not be touched by the staff, and the control elements, electrical buttons, etc. should not be touched by non-professional operators.

Fifth: It is not allowed to open the circuit at the rear stage of the inverter during the operation of the assembly line. If maintenance is required, it must be carried out when the inverter stops running.

Sixth: When the assembly line is stopped, the Aisha stop button is required to wait for the system to stop completely, and the main power supply can be cut off after each transmission part is still, so as to ensure the service life of the equipment and personal safety.
