 1. Maintenance and maintenance of the transformer of the head motor: Do not let water enter the motor. Once the water enters, there is a chance that the insulation of the motor will be damaged and the equipment will not run.

 2. Maintenance and maintenance of the chain: The chain needs to be observed more, and butter and lubricating oil should be added frequently. Due to the long-term operation of the chain, the lubricating liquid will evaporate, which will cause problems such as louder noise and biased crawling.

3. Repair and maintenance of the reduction box at the head of the assembly line: after the first use for the first season, drain all the excess oil in the reduction box, and then use gasoline, diesel, etc. to bathe the reduction box, and then put the new Just add the lubricating oil to the middle of the observation window. Do this every year after that. (We need to pay attention: too little lubricating oil will cause the gearbox to be noisy and overheated, and even the gearbox will be scrapped, and the lubricating oil cannot exceed the middle of the observation window each time, too much will cause the gearbox to overheat, The motor is overloaded and the protection switch is open.
